The Objectives:

  • Assist the senior DBAs to perform daily routine tasks.
  • Remote in and check all the enrolled database servers on daily basis.
  • Evaluate the database servers against the best practice and metrics check-list.
  • Inform senior DBA of any detected error messages or issues.
  • Learn from senior DBAs on how to rectify basic to intermediate issues.
  • Respond to a customer inquiry with the assistance of senior DBA.
  • Get certified by passing related Microsoft exams.
  • Accelerate for career level up.

Technical Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computer science/language such as C#, pyton, C++, TSQL.
  • Familiar with SQL Server environments such as management studio and other related tools ie. SQL profiler and performance monitor.
  • Basic programming knowledge and analytical thinking by applying computer algorithms.

Qualification:

  • Diploma in computer science with minimum 3 years latest industry experience or Bachelor Degree in computer science with minimum 2≤ years latest industry experience.
  • Microsoft SQL Server certification is a plus.
  • English: Advance. High professional proficiency (Both speaking and writing).
  • Bahasa Malaysia: Upper Intermediate (Both speaking and writing)

  • Taking ownership of work and finishing up the task on-time.

Working Environment & Hours:

  • Location is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Objectives:

  • Making 30 cold calls and sending emails/messages daily. Will be speaking to customer to promote services and product daily to corporates (Malaysia and beyond).
  • Manage and own lead lifecycle closely from prospecting to paying customer
  • Prospect and generate leads to identify potential qualified prospects and key decision-makers, build strong relationships with customers, and position the company brand within the industry.
  • Conduct effective Sales Presentation and manage comprehensive negotiations terms and contract with senior-level executives and business owners.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessment to understand client’s technology challenges and objectives in coordination with technical team.
  • Collaborate with technical team for product and services knowledge delivery to clients
  • Develop tailored solutions and proposals to address client’s need and demonstrate value of our services
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technology and competitor’s offerings to develop sales strategies
